I'm Thorsten Schäfer, and my passion lies in the fascinating connection between technology and live audience experiences. As an engineer in media and event technology, I have over ten years of experience in the industry, during which I've learned how to create moments that captivate audiences—moments where they forget the world around them and are fully present in the here and now.

I firmly believe that *Life is LIVE!*—our lives are shaped by unique moments that can be made even more intense through the use of technology and creativity.

You can acquire knowledge through learning, but only experience can teach you its true value.

I love to do lighting design for festivals and industry events, creating effective visual setups that enhance the experience. Another passion lies in technical planning and project coordination for productions and in systems integration, where I oversee the process from design to execution for all sizes of installations. Additionally, I worked as Engineer in Charge at NEP Germany, ensuring smooth operations during live broadcasts, always striving to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences.
